Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in unworn and unwashed condition.
Ship the Item
Send the package to our Kyoto warehouse using a tracked shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Refund or Exchange
